For many in the UK at the moment, going to Australia or Southeast Asia may be an inaccessible destination. But how essential is the prospect of a journey to your soul?
Brad Walls is a Sydney-based Australian aviation photographer. An expert in aerial photography with close-ups and minimal access.
For the past twelve months, he has been photographing top-notch international hotels, and those photos have appeared in various international travel publications. Such travels around the world have been published as a new collection.
Recognized as a Veteran Artist at this year’s inaugural Aerial Photography Awards, Walls uses aesthetics in the shapes, colors and patterns of swimming pools around the world.
“I fell in love with stripes, curved shapes, and rhinoceroses without an alternative view of the drone,” he says.
His work is inspired by Anne Kelly’s popular book Splash: The Art of the Swimming Pool and you can see some of the multiple images below.
